The Nativity Scene of Andrea Pazienza

When his uncle and aunt, owners of a packaging factory, asked Andrea for a sketch to decorate their Christmas boxes, the talented nephew didn’t just draw, he created a whole procession of characters on their way to the Nativity. Drawn with the care and attention reserved for special occasions, the silhouettes are reproduced here for the first time in 3D, available for everyone to colour, stage and display their own personal nativity scene.

Andrea Pazienza designed the nativity scene in 1986, at the age of 30. That sketch inspired this cardboard project made up of :

1 self-supporting wallpaper measuring 1 metre by 30 cm with 4 sides
21 figures, to be mounted on pedestals. Each figure is coloured on one side and left in black and white on the other, just like the original, so you can personalise it as you like!
3 Angels and the Comet Star to place on the sky with double-sided adhesive tape
1 strip of double-sided adhesive tape
2 mini posters with a reproduction of Andrea Pazienza’s original drawing
