Benjamins Media is a renowned publishing house first founded in 1987 and operated as a nonprofit collective until 2007, when Rudy Martel hailing from radio and animation, decide to transform the company in a for-profit publishing house that would hold picture books to high literary standards. We produce outstanding, high-quality picture books for three young age groups: 1 & up, 3 & up, and 6 & up. We take care to produce our books in sustainable, environmentally friendly ways, and ensure the inclusion of visually impaired readerships through the availability of braille and large-character editions. Our in-house studio also develops audiobooks and music tailored to the French versions of our books. We publish 5 titles every year.
